Scientists, students and entrepreneurs met on October 25, 2023 in the Puławy Science and Technology Park to talk about artificial intelligence in business, with particular emphasis on the new field of study launched this year at the Faculty of Management of Lublin University of Technology.

The participants unanimously emphasized that the use of AI may be the key to achieving a competitive advantage on the market. Systems based on artificial intelligence allow for process automation, data analysis and the provision of more personalized services to customers.

Dr. Bartosz Przysucha, Vice-Dean for Education at the Faculty of Management of LUT, emphasized that investing in education in the field of artificial intelligence is crucial in the face of the growing importance of this field. He emphasized that companies are increasingly using machine learning and AI technologies to solve complex problems and make strategic decisions. – Entrepreneurs are looking for technologies and tools that not only generate knowledge, but also optimize it – added the scientist.

In response to these challenges, Faculty of Management of Lublin University of Technology introduced a new field of study: artificial intelligence in business. Prof. Marcin Gąsior, Dean of the Faculty of Management, emphasized that this field of study is a response to the needs of the labor market and the development of the socio-economic environment. – Our goal is to prepare graduates to effectively support modern enterprises that increasingly use machine learning and AI technologies – said the dean.    more>>>
