Scientific Resarch

The Faculty of Management conducts research within the discipline of management and quality studies. Its research profile brings together work in artificial intelligence and data analytics, organization and leadership, marketing and digital markets, sustainability, and process management, creating a broad and interdisciplinary academic environment. The discipline has been awarded scientific category A, which is one of the highest scientific categories in Poland and, under the currently binding evaluation results, the highest category currently awarded in this discipline. This confirms the Faculty’s strong academic position and places it among the recognised centres of excellence in management and quality studies.

The Faculty’s research reflects a modern understanding of management as a field shaped by technological change, organizational development, market transformation, and social responsibility. By combining managerial, analytical, technological, and social perspectives, the Faculty continues to strengthen its research identity in ways that respond to the evolving challenges faced by organizations, economies, and societies.
