AI in Business Solutions

AI in Business Solutions is a full-time, first-cycle degree programme with a practical profile offered by the Faculty of Management. Its core idea is to prepare students for the real design and implementation of solutions in the areas of data analysis, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence in the business environment. The programme has been designed to educate specialists capable of combining technological competencies with an understanding of organisational processes and the decision-making needs of enterprises.

The aim of the programme is to prepare graduates for the practical use of analytical tools and AI-based solutions in organisations. Graduates are able not only to analyse data, but also to translate analytical results into concrete process improvements, business recommendations, and implementations that respond to the actual needs of an enterprise. An important element of the programme is the development of skills related to identifying business problems, selecting appropriate tools and technologies, and implementing solutions in accordance with organisational requirements, data security principles, and standards of responsible artificial intelligence use.

The programme stands out because of its practical profile and strong implementation-oriented approach. Unlike general academic programmes, which focus primarily on the analysis of phenomena and support for managerial decision-making, AI in Business Solutions educates specialists who are ready to directly implement AI tools in companies. This includes analytical solutions, process automation, reporting systems, chatbots, no-code and low-code tools, as well as solutions supporting operational and managerial activities.

Graduates of the programme possess competencies that enable them to act as designers and implementers of data-driven and AI-based solutions. They are able to understand organisational needs, cooperate with both business and technology teams, and create solutions that deliver real practical and organisational value. In this way, they can serve as a bridge between the world of business and the world of technology, supporting enterprises in the effective implementation of modern digital tools.

The programme responds to the growing importance of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and business intelligence in the contemporary economy. It is assumed that enterprises will increasingly use these solutions not only in analytical tasks, but also in process management, work organisation, customer service, and decision-making. In this sense, the programme prepares students for a labour market in which competitive advantage will increasingly belong to those who are able to implement and use AI effectively in business practice.

The programme was launched as part of a project co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 (FERS), within the project “POLLUB – Modern Technologies with Us”, Agreement No. FERS.01.05-IP.08-0319/23-00. The creation of the programme is a response to the growing labour market demand for specialists who can combine knowledge of artificial intelligence, data analytics, and modern technologies with a practical understanding of how organisations operate.
