Lublin University of Technology has initiated a collaboration with FlexiProject, the developer of a comprehensive PPM (Project Portfolio Management) system that helps organizations efficiently manage projects, programs, and project portfolios. This partnership aims to enhance students’ skills in project management and enable effective use of tools for project planning and control.

Through this collaboration, students in the Management program will gain access to professional software that allows full oversight of the project lifecycle: from schedule planning, through execution, to performance reporting. Working with the PPM system provides practical experience in the operations of project teams within a real business environment.

FlexiProject is a comprehensive solution that enables students to:

• create schedules and monitor project progress using a Gantt chart,
• execute projects using both traditional and agile methodologies,
• manage budgets, risks, resources, and project documentation,
• efficiently oversee program management and project portfolio management,
• automate reporting and track key project performance indicators.

The collaboration between Lublin University of Technology and FlexiProject offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, working with real business tools and preparing them for professional challenges in project-based environments.
