Faculty overview

The Faculty of Management is a dynamic academic community that combines teaching, research, and organizational support within a modern university environment. It currently employs 102 staff members, including 18 professors and university professors, 39 assistant professors, 22 assistants, 4 lecturers, and 19 administrative staff. This structure reflects both the Faculty’s academic strength and the institutional support that underpins its daily operations. The Faculty is composed of seven academic departments: the Department of Economics, Innovation and Social Capital; the Department of Finance and Accounting; the Department of Marketing; the Department of Quantitative Methods in Management; the Department of Enterprise Organization; the Department of Information and Business Processes; and the Department of Management. Its organizational structure also includes three key support units: the Faculty Service Office, the Faculty Centre for Cooperation with the Socio-Economic Environment, and the Dean’s Office. Together, these units create a strong framework for teaching, research, student support, and cooperation with external partners.

The Faculty offers a diverse portfolio of degree programmes taught in Polish, including Finance and Accounting, Logistics Engineering, Marketing and Market Communication, Management at first-cycle level, as well as Accounting and Controlling and Management at second-cycle level, alongside Artificial Intelligence in Business at first-cycle level. In addition, the Faculty offers the English-language full-time first-cycle programme AI in Business Solutions, designed to prepare students to combine technological competencies with an understanding of organizational processes, data analysis, business intelligence, and the practical implementation of AI-based solutions in business environments.

An important part of the Faculty’s international dimension is its participation in the Erasmus+ programme. The Faculty has agreements with more than 50 academic institutions across Europe, enabling students in selected programmes to complete part of their studies or internships abroad. This international network supports mobility, language development, intercultural experience, and broader academic cooperation, strengthening the Faculty’s openness to international education and exchange.
